About Dr. Mike Tocco, DACM, LAc, RN
Dr. Mike Tocco, DACM, LAc, RN, is a nationally board-certified acupuncturist, registered nurse, and the founder of EVOLVE Acupuncture. Since 2011, he has blended Western clinical expertise with Eastern medicine to provide comprehensive, integrative care. After gaining eight years of invaluable hospital-based acupuncture experience, Dr. Tocco established his private practice, EVOLVE, in 2015 to serve the Metro Detroit community.
Dr. Tocco specializes in women’s health with a dedicated focus on fertility and IVF support. His broad scope of expertise also includes treating chronic pain, managing inflammation, and promoting general wellness. As a dual-licensed professional in both nursing and acupuncture, he utilizes a uniquely holistic framework to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Tocco is conversant in Spanish, a skill enriched by his time studying in Seville, Spain, and working in Mexico City.
